Welcome to Gary Clacher’s Member’s Page. When looking for a family pet in 1999 my love for Beagles began. I ended up showing my second Beagle who came to me quite by chance. Little did I know a few years later I would breed my own and end up with a house full of the little devils! I chose the affix Misken as it means “lack of knowledge” in Scots. My late start to dog showing meant I had to learn a lot quickly and I was always asking everybody about everything! I have been lucky enough to enjoy moderate success with my 2 tan and whites - a species I admit to having developed a particular fondness for. I joined the committee of the Scottish Beagle Club in 2003, became it’s Webmaster in 2004 and Treasurer in 2007. Click on the thumbnails above to read more about each of my little horrors.
